1. App Purpose
QVexora provides cryptocurrency market information, price charts, market news, watchlists, and simulated futures trading tools. The app does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Simulated trading features are for education and product experience only and do not place real trades, hold real assets, or process real-money transactions.
2. Information We Collect
We design QVexora to minimize personal data collection. The app does not require users to create an account for the core market, chart, news, watchlist, or simulated trading features.

QVexora does not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, photos, health data, payment card data, government identifiers, or biometric data through the app's core functionality.
3. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- Providing market data, live prices, chart history, watchlists, news content, and simulated trading tools.
- Saving local preferences such as favorite markets and app selections.
- Operating, maintaining, securing, and troubleshooting our app and backend services.

4. Local Storage
Some information is stored locally on your device, including favorite markets and simulated trading state. Local simulated trading data is not a real financial record. You can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate hosting, networking, content delivery, security, diagnostics, analytics, or support services. These providers are expected to process information only for service-related purposes and to protect it appropriately.
Market data, price feeds, news content, and infrastructure services may be provided or supported by third-party sources. When you request content or market data, technical information such as your IP address and request metadata may be processed by our servers or service providers to deliver the requested service.

QVexora does not use information collected through the app to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes. QVexora does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Data Retention
Local preferences remain on your device until you change them, reset them, or delete the app. Technical logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for operations, security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Support communications are retained for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain appropriate business records.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

QVexora is not directed to children under 13 or to the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

- You can remove local app data by deleting QVexora from your device.

Information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers and service-provider processing.
